Smart Applicant Match scores every incoming application against the job it targets, using the Workeera AI matching API. The moment a candidate applies, the job details, the candidate's profile and their CV file (PDF, DOC, DOCX or TXT) are sent for analysis, and the returned 0–100 match score is stored on your site.
Employers see the score next to each applicant's name in their dashboard, and admins see it in the Applications screen — both lists automatically sort the strongest matches to the top. A "Why?" button opens the AI's reasoning for each score.
Failed API calls are retried automatically by an hourly background task, up to three times per application.
