Job Alerts lets people never miss a relevant opening. From the jobs listing (with their current search filters) or any single job page, visitors and logged-in users can subscribe to a "similar jobs" alert. Guests confirm with a quick double opt-in email; signed-in members using their account email are activated instantly.
A background processor runs on WP-Cron and, at each subscriber's chosen frequency, emails a clean HTML digest of the newly-published jobs that match — and only new jobs, so nobody ever sees the same listing twice. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Members manage their alerts (pause, resume, delete) right from their dashboard, and administrators get a dedicated screen to browse every alert, act in bulk, and review each alert's full sending history.
